The Process
What we do
Disassemble
Each compressor is completely broken down into its component parts
Cleaning
Thermal grease and oil burn off Shot blasting – steel and glass bead Parts resurfacing, grinding, lapping, polishing, and sanding
Requalification
Visual inspection of each component Machining cylinders to specifications
Motor
Full-service motor remanufacturing department. New coils wound, installed in a requalified stator, connected for the desired voltage
Testing
Full load compressor run testing Nitrogen holding charge Pressurized submersion leak test
Warranty
This Limited Warranty is extended only to the person or firm whose name appears specifically on the face of the sales invoice as the purchaser of a compressor. This Limited Warranty is effective for a period of one (1) year from the date of the sales invoice. It applies to compressors remanufactured by J & J Quality Compressor Inc, Miami, Florida. This Limited Warranty does not apply to defects caused by conditions or forces outside the Seller's control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, improper installation, installation on contaminated systems, misuse, neglect, improper voltage, improper system design, repairs or tampering by unauthorized persons, moisture in system, or liquid slugging. Warranty Void if Tag Label is seperated from compressor or Tampered With.
